Order Cancellation Before Shipment    
 

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.  
• To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.  
• If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped  

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered, as per our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

We currently do not offer modification of items or addresses once the order is placed. You will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
